Elia Beduschi is a globally respected Senior Instructor of Pranic Energy Healing and a certified Arhatic Yoga Instructor. With decades of experience teaching and mentoring across multiple continents, he is known for his spiritual depth, precise knowledge, and grounded presence.

Elia plays a pivotal role as Regional Mentor for the African continent, offering unwavering support to both students and instructors on their journey of inner transformation. His leadership has been instrumental in the expansion of Arhatic Yoga and Pranic Energy Healing communities throughout Africa, helping hundreds awaken to their spiritual potential with clarity and purpose.

Elia’s teachings blend the scientific precision of the Pranic system with heartfelt mentorship, creating an environment where students feel both inspired and empowered to grow.

Shifu Simone Armellini

Resident Instructor – Certified Pranic Energy Healing Instructor

Simone Armellini brings years of hands-on experience in energy healing and a solid foundation in advanced spiritual practices. With a background as a martial arts master and meditation teacher, Simone leads with grounded wisdom, heartfelt presence, and a strong commitment to empowering others.

At the Johannesburg Pranic Energy Healing Centre, Simone offers:

Valentina Cortini Nutt is a certified Pranic Energy Healing Instructor and the founder of the first officially recognized Pranic Energy Healing Centre in South Africa. With a background in interior design, spiritual psychology, and somatic therapy, Valentina blends clarity and insight with grounded wisdom to help students integrate subtle energy principles into everyday life.

She teaches Technology of Feeling Subtle Energy (TFSE) , Pranic Energy healing Level 1 and offers Somatic Neuroplasticity Therapy, a modality she developed to help people release trauma, rewire limiting patterns, and reconnect with their true essence.

Valentina is also the author of several popular self-help eBooks, including Quieting the Mind, Grounding Hacks, and Power Up!, and is a dedicated practitioner of Arhatic Yoga.

Known for her warmth, authenticity, and transformative approach, Valentina’s mission is to empower others to heal, grow, and awaken their inner light — through energy, service, and spiritual wisdom.
